CityCoast Church, Brighton and Hove: Our Leaders

At CityCoast Church our leadership structure is designed to help the smooth running of the church both spiritually and practically. We have Pastors, Elders, Trustees and Department Heads who all have different roles and responsibilities within CityCoast Church.

Our department heads oversee the different departments of the church, although they do not necessarily run every department.

Hugh Addy: Maintenance Manager
Hugh is responsible for ensuring the Centre and church vehicles are in a safe and well-maintained condition.

Becky Holdstock : Front Office Administrator
Becky is responsible for managing the Front Office of CityCoast Church effectively and efficiently.

Sophi Lewis & Dom Emery: Centre Cleaner
Sophi and Dom are responsible for maintaining the Centre in a clean and tidy condition.

Jarrod Kelly: Financial Administrator
Jarrod is responsible for administering the finances for CityCoast Church.

Simon Lewis: Operations Manager
Simon is responsible for planning, co-ordination and directing the strategy and resources of CityCoast Church to ensure that the vision and purposes of the church are achieved.

Senior Pastors since September 2001, David and Jackie Harland were founder members of the church. They were trained under Ashley and Ruth Schmierer and have a vision for this city, the UK and all the nations of the world. They long to see men women and children accept the truth of Jesus Christ, be touched by His power and receive salvation, healing and freedom.

David and Jackie are particularly involved in Northern India and Nepal where they are helping to establish churches and train leaders through regular conferences.

David is also the Vice Chairman of Christian Outreach Centre Europe, which oversees the European arm of the Christian Outreach Centre movement of churches.

Our elders are responsible for the spiritual direction of CityCoast Church. They are:

As a charity we have trustees in place who are responsible for the governance of CityCoast Church. They are David Harland, Michael Farkas, Paul Hatcher, Simon Lewis and Scott Ringrose.
